Sensei Mark Beeby is the schools Chief Instructor and a qualified Assessor & Level 5 Coach for English Karate Federation. Sensei Mark has over 25 years teaching experience with a high success rate for Dan Grade applicants
Justine Wilson-Cleife 3rd Dan
Sensei Justine is the Head Coach and has specialised in the teaching of Kata for open competition and is recognised by her peers as one of the best in the country. Her coaching skills have led / contributed to many students achieving titles in British, European and World Championships
Tobi Ishi Kai offers a safe and friendly environment to train in, with a number of children’s classes being held at local primary schools. Children’s training sessions are blended with karate related games and fun formats, as children learn best when they are enjoying themselves.
Family classes are held in the evenings and on Saturdays; these sessions allow parents to train alongside their children. Separate adult classes are also available. Tobi Ishi Kai Karate Schools has a formidable kata squad, with a number of its members having represented England with the wadokai squad.
